to ensure your best experience with your session, please look over the policies that I have prior to booking!
 
PRIVACY POLICY
As the photographer, I retain the right to share images from client sessions on my website and social media platforms as part of my portfolio. Clients are warmly encouraged to use the images in their personal galleries for non-commercial purposes, such as social media sharing, personal printing, or invitations. Please note that commercial use requires prior written consent.
BOOKING POLICY
To secure your session, a non-refundable retainer of 50% is required at the time of booking. This ensures your selected date and time are reserved just for you. I kindly ask that all payments be made via Venmo or credit card, as I do not accept cash or checks. A session is not officially booked until a confirmation email has been sent. Once your session is booked the rest of the amount I can take cash only.
IMAGE PRESENTATION POLICY
The final number of images you receive is based on the specific package chosen. While I take numerous photographs during each session, the final gallery is carefully selected and edited to reflect both my artistic style and your unique personality.
Should there be additional images available beyond your package, you will have the option to purchase them separately.
IMAGE ARCHIVING POLICY
Please remember to download and back up your gallery promptly. Due to ongoing site updates and storage limitations, image galleries are not stored permanently. For your convenience and peace of mind, I recommend saving your images to a secure location to ensure continued access.
WEATHER POLICY
Your session is important to me, and I closely monitor weather forecasts as your date approaches. In the event of inclement weather, such as rain or storms, I will reach out in advance to discuss rescheduling options and ensure the best possible conditions for your session.
